Sultana is a white ( pale green ) variety of seedless grape. Sultana is different from other raisins. It is golden-coloured, rounder, plumper, sweeter and more juicer taste from other raisins. According to their colour, Sultana raisins are classified into 5 different types. Type numbers are; 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. 7 is the darkest, 11 is the lightest colour. They also divided into 4 sizes; Jumbo, medium, small and standard.
