Location: Kamal Vihar Site is located Heart of the City, 9 Kms from both Swami Vivekananda Airport and Railway Station. Central Business District: Sector 7 B covering around 20 acres is exclusively marked as Central Business District in the TDS-04. General Information and Conditions:
1) Entire CBD area of 20 acres is available for development or sale at the cost of Rs. 2435
per Square feet.
2) CBD plots are divided vertically with a minimum area of four (4) Acres. The interested
party can opt and customize their plot on first cum first serve basis. However, the
minimum size available for development would be four acres.
3) In case of conflict between parties on selection of same plot, RDA reserves the authority
to allocate the minimum area to the parties. The parties agree to abide by the decision of
the CEO-RDA.
4) The shortlisted party shall enclose a Nonrefundable EMD of 10% of the cost of the plot
area along with the submission of the application form which will be issued at free of
cost.
5) The balance payment can be paid in 36 equal monthly installments.
6) A Cash discount of 12% per annum calculated on prorate basis can be availed for advance
EMI’s payment.
7) Service Road Connecting the CBD area will be 9 M wide.
Individuals or group of Individuals (Maximum of four members) or Firms a single entity or
Joint Venture / Consortium of not exceeding Two (Lead Member (LM) + One Member) are
eligible for developing the CBD.
The EOI submission should include
For Individuals:
a) Name of Individual or group of Individuals
b) PAN details of Individual or group of Individuals
c) AADHAR Card of the Lead Member
d) Letter of Authorization on Rs 100 stamp paper authorizing the Lead Member for
Registration
For Firms: (Single or Consortium)
a) Firm’s Credential including certificate of incorporation and profile
b) In case of Consortium / JV, Agreement of the firms
c) Letter of Authorization on Rs 100 stamp paper authorizing the Lead Member
for Registration
d) TAN Details
The EOI shall be submitted along with a demand draft of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five
Thousand only) nonrefundable drawn in favour of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) RDA
on any scheduled bank and payable at Raipur.
EOIs will be evaluated and shortlisted firms will be issued the Sale Application Form at no
extra cost.
All the information and documents submitted shall be in English language only.
Last date of EOI submission complete in aspects shall reach the Office at the address given
below latest by August 25, 2015 upto 1600 hrs IST.
RDA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted in response to this Expression
of Interest at any stage without out assigning any reason what so ever.
