In this tutorial we will show you how to make rain drops and add them into plants and rosesin Photoshop CS3.
Start a new document.Import the image of a rose, plant or a leaf:
Create a new Layer and draw an ellipse:
Next set the foreground color to black and the background color to white.Then, select the Gradient Tool from the Tools Palette.
Now drag the mouse from the left side of the oval to the right.
After doing so, change this new layers blend mode to Overlay:
Then, go to the Blending Options/Drop Shadow and apply the following settings:
Now, go to the Blending Options/Inner Shadow and apply the settings below:
Then, lets add the Glow Effect.Lets create a new layer and set the foreground color to white.Then select the Brush Tool and make a small dot in the drop.
This is the result:
You can also do the same with a rose, look:
