Self Diagnosis SystemThe CPU controller diagnoses problems in theCAPO system caused by electric and hydraulicmalfunctions and displays them on the LCDmonitor of the cluster through error codes. Thiscontroller has the capacity to identify 48 distincttypes of errors. As the information from thisdevice, such as engine rpm, main pump deliverypressure, battery voltage, hyd. temperature, andthe state of all types of electric switches,provides the operator with a much more exactstate of machine operating condition. This makes the machine easier to troubleshootwhen anything does go wrong.
Arm Flow Regeneration SystemArm flow regeneration valve provides smootharm-in operation without cavitation.
Boom & Arm Holding System The Holding valves in the main control valveprevents the boom & arm from dropping overan extended period in neutral position.
One Touch Decel SystemWhen the one touch decel switch is pressed,CPU controller controls the accel actuator toreduce engine speed to 1000 rpm. And then theone touch decel switch is pressed again, theengine speed recovers.
Auto Deceleration SystemWhen remote-control valvesare in neutralposition morethan 4 seconds,CPU controllerinstructs the
accel actuator to reduce engine speed to1200rpm. This decreases fuel consumption andreduces cab noise levels.
Max. Flow Cut-off SystemFor precise control and finishing work, the Max.Flow Cut-off System reduces pump flow, thusallowing smooth operation.
Pump Flow Control SystemIn neutral position: Pump flow is reduced to aminimum to eliminate power loss. In operation: Maximum pump flow is delivered tothe actuator to increase the speed. Withmovement of the control lever, pump flow isautomatically adjusted and the actuator speedcan be proportionally controlled.
Hydraulic Damper in Travel PedalImproved travel controllability & feeling byshock reducing when starting and stopping.
Advanced CAPO SystemThe advanced CAPO(Computer Aided Power Optimization) system maintains engine and mutual pumppower at optimum levels. Mode selections are designed for various work loads and maintaining highperformance while reducing fuel consumption. Features such as auto deceleration and power boost are included in the system. The system monitorsengine speed, coolant temperature, and hydraulic oil temperature. Contained within the system are selfdiagnostic capabilities which are displayed by error codes on the cluster.
Automatic Engine Overheat PreventionIf the engine coolanttemperature gets toohigh, the CPU controllerlowers the engine speedand cools the engine.
Anti Restart SystemThe new system protectsthe starter from re-starting during engineoperation, even if theoperator accidentallyturns the start key again.
Power boost control SystemWhen the power boostsystem is activated,digging power increasesabout 10%. It is especially usefulwhen extra power is
temporarily needed, for instance, when digginghard earth and rock, or if the bucket teeth arestopped by a stubborn tree root.
Automatic Warming-up SystemAfter the engine isstarted, if the enginecoolant temperature islow, the CPU controllerincreases the enginespeed and automatically
increases the pump flow rate to warm up theengine more effectively.
