Indicates if CBC is in SCADA override mode (0=no,1=yes). Mode is enabled via CROB 1, 27, or 28 control. Mode is disabled via CROB 11 or local time reaches SCADA override clear time (if ignore SCADA override clear time setting is disabled).Set if CBC is in NC lockout state. Cleared via CROB 2 control or front panel Neutral Lockout Reset button press (if CBC is in Manual mode).

Indicates if CBC is in CVR mode (0=no,1=yes). Mode is enabled or disabled via CROB 9 control. Mode is also disabled when local time reaches CVR disable time.
