Set “Yes” to the option “Enable Quotation Follow-Up?”

Go to Gateway of Tally > Accounts Info > Voucher Types > alter > Sales Order Set “Yes” to the Option “Enable Quotation Voucher?” as screen shot shown below:

To Follow-up your Parties/Customers, go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Quotation Report.

Quotation Follow-Up Screen as shown below.

In the Below report we have one Button “F5”i.e., “Pending/Closed/All” to view filter report according to Closed Status, Pending Status, and All Customers Detail Report. By Default will be set on Pending Status.

If you press enter on any one of the party to whom you want to Follow-up, below screen will be open:So you can easily alter follow-up details by this report. Like, you will enter the Follow-up Date, Follow-up Status (Closed and

Pending), Contact Person, and Next Follow-up Date etc as shown in the screen shot below.
