Older HistoryIn 1875, The Popcorn Shop was built to be a retail showcase. It opened as The Popcorn Shop in the 1940’s.

Modernized History

In 2000 A Van lost its brakes and almost pushed the building into the river. In 2001 it was repaired. In 2004 George W Bush visited for ice cream and popcorn.

The popcorn shop sells lots of popcorn and ice cream people also enjoy hot dogs beverages and sweet treats.

Items Sold

The Popcorn Shop is located on East Washington street.

Location

People enjoy the food, drinks, and the ice cream and also the landscape. Some people visit it for weddings.
