Set Up a New User with a Role

• Type the new user‟s name

• Add password and confirm (highly recommended)

• Highlight role and click “Add”

• A user may have more than one role (which happens in smaller companies)

• The role is named and defined

• On the right the specific access is defined by checkboxes
