FAQsWhat should I do if my Mobile WiFi cannotreceive any signal or cannot connect to theInternet?• Make sure that the SIM card is the right size and

inserted correctly into the slot.• Confirm that your SIM card has sufficient balance. If your

SIM card is new, ensure that it has Internet access.• The PIN verification feature may have been enabled. 1)

Open the HUAWEI AI Life app, and go to AdvancedSettings > PIN Management to enter the correct PINcode. 2) Disable this feature if you don't want to enteryour PIN on a regular basis.

• Contact your carrier or SIM card dealer to check if anyspecial configuration is required, such as for the APN.

• If the issue persists, restore your Mobile WiFi to itsfactory settings and try again.

What should I do if my Mobile WiFi's signalreception is weak or the Internet speed isslow?• Check whether the signal strength is strong on the LCD

screen. If not, move the Mobile WiFi to a location near awindow or to an open area for better signal reception, and make sure that you are not in an enclosed area.

• Check to confirm that you have not exceeded themonthly mobile data limit from your carrier.

• Check whether a large number of devices are connectedto and using the Mobile WiFi's network. Or alternatively, the problem may be related to your use of the MobileWiFi during peak traffic times, or when you are movingquickly.

• The 5 GHz Wi-Fi features better anti-interferencecapabilities, and may provide for a faster connection. You can set the Wi-Fi frequency band to 5 GHz on theMobile WiFi's LCD screen or the web-basedmanagement page. Before doing so, please confirm thatyour devices support 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

• The Mobile WiFi features a built-in safeguard againstoverheating. If the temperature is too high, Internetspeeds will be automatically limited to prevent the MobileWiFi from overheating.

• Make sure that there are no physical barriers (such ascement walls) that may weaken the signal between theconnected devices and Mobile WiFi.

• Turn off or move away from other 2.4 GHz wirelessnetwork devices, and other home electronics (such asmicrowave ovens) that may interfere with the MobileWiFi's signal, and then try again.

What should I do if I can't connect to my MobileWiFi after a period of inactivity?Your Mobile WiFi may be in sleep mode or powered off.• Press the Power button on your Mobile WiFi. If the LCD

screen turns on, your Mobile WiFi was in sleep mode. Inthis mode, your Mobile WiFi automatically disables Wi-Fito save power. You can disable the sleep mode throughthe web-based management page.

• If the Mobile WiFi is using the 5 GHz frequency band, make sure that your connected devices support 5 GHzWi-Fi. If not, set the frequency band of the Mobile WiFito 2.4 GHz in Wi-Fi settings on the LCD screen menu.

• If there is no response after you press the Power button, your Mobile WiFi is powered off. Press and hold thePower button to power it back on.

Avoid using your Mobile WiFi where active wirelessdevices are prohibited (such as during flights), andensure that it is powered off.
