OGX

What is the unique value proposition of oGIP to the Finnish students considering these three

facts:

Graduates in B.A. & I.T. earn 6 times more salary than a GIP.

Finns are used to high living standards

Finns plan 4-6 months in advance for anything they want to do and they start planning

their major travels up to a year in advance

Considering that September is the time when we have the biggest (Global leader)

recruitment in AIESEC in Finland, how will you ensure a parallel recruitment for Global

Citizen ensuring an optimum winter peak?

Finns decide what to do in summer as early as January, but globally most of the TNs are

uploaded around March for the summer. Considering that Finns are picky about the

destinations that they want to go to, and these entities aren’t willing to align their whole

cycle just for one partner, How will you ensure that the summer peak happens smoothly

with entity partners in this case?

Do you consider that issues that we are focusing on (education and environment) for

oGCDP, are relevant for Finnish students? Why?

One recommendation letter from an EP that you’ve sent on Exchange

Page 7: Questionnaire

ICX

Considering that more than 90% of the companies in Finland have less than 10

employees, with a lower budget and almost no hiring needs, how will you evolve the

iGIP product and tap into this market?

Looking at the current state of the Finnish economy, with layoffs & budget cuts, what

are the value propositions of:

iGIP to companies. (Considering that Finnish law states that the company should recruit

the same amount of Finnish people that they laid off before they can hire expats)

iGCDP to schools. (Considering that the city funds all the schools and they have almost

no money to take TNs.)

Currently, all the iGCDP projects are small local projects run by LCs. There is no clear

plan for implementing a big national project. Considering that, CSR projects have been

never sold to big companies before, and taking into account bigger companies take

really long time to approve money for huge CSR projects. How will you create a self-

sustainable national iGCDP project in the term 15-16?

MKT

What kind on-ground and online partnerships are needed to expand the reach of

following products? How will you get these partnerships? Please elaborate with examples.

Global Citizen

Global Talent (iGIP)

Global Leader

Considering that there are more than 200 student organisations in almost every university

in Finland, how will you make sure that AIESEC has optimum brand awareness, brand

positioning and brand preference? Please elaborate.

How do you see PR contributing to results in all of our products? Please specify key

actions that you will take to ensure this.

One recommendation letter from an external stakeholder(company/school/NGO etc) with

whom YOU worked with as an AIESECER

TM

How will you ensure leadership pipeline and succession management in whole AIESEC in

Finland during your term?

How will you ensure 100% sustainable growth in LC talent capacity?

Besides LC coaching, conferences and virtual channels, according to you what are the

other means of delivering education to LCs? And how will you do it?

How will you implement team minimums and leadership development model?

One recommendation letter from an external endorsing your marketing skills.

One recommendation letter from an AIESEC member whose AIESEC experience was

enhanced because of you

Finance & Legal What kind of financial investments should happen in each of these products to expand

customer base?

Global Citizen

Global Talent (iGIP)

Global Talent (students)

Y2B

List all the grants that you believe AIESEC in Finland can apply for? How do you think we

should go about this? How much money do you expect to earn from this?

Considering that currently most of the MC budget comes from sales and grants from

foundations, will you change this model and how will you implement it?

For you, what comes first, having really good team experience at the cost of lot of money,

or really high customer base coming from investments into various channels? Why?

BD Manager In the most efficient way, how would you convert leads to sales?

What would be your key channels to gain leads and how will you convert them?

How do you handle objections?

What kind of environment drives you forward in your work? How will you make sure that you

will create this environment around yourself?

All the Best!

BD

As MCVP BD, you’ll have to manage sales for Y2B, GEP/GIP TNs and CSR projects . At the

same time you are under pressure to generate up to 50% income for the MC budget. How will

you make sure that you do this successfully? Please elaborate.

Through which channels will you recruit and manage your team of BD managers?
