• My main product being the music video works well with the ancillary texts which are used to promote the music as well as the video. They generally have a similar theme to it with the artist being the main attraction in each othem which shows an aspect of synergy in between the main product and the ancillary texts.the colour scheme in similar in the video and the cd covers and booklet however the magazine advert goes with a brither white approach to attract the reader more as the dark colours may look boring in an average magazine.

• As you can probably see the costume of the artist is the same in main and ancielly texts, this is to show consistency and get the customers attention. The magazine advert is more bright as its to grab the readers attention as it would easily to spot it.the photoshoot used for the ancillary text was done at the same day as the shoot for the music video so we could make sure the costumes wernt different.
