Standard SAP HCM reports are usually not sufficient to meet all your reporting demands. Add your own calculations Make your business logic part of your Query by adding any calculation you wish through the Excel®-like formula builder. For example, you could calculate bonuses, see year-on-year differences, do forecasts of your employees’ Cost to Company, and highlight exceptions using conditional formatting.
