Results confirm and build on the encouraging composite results Recent drilling tested strike length and width of targeted mineralised zones and also the optimum direction for the drilling of the large identified Royal EM electro-magnetic anomaly. Drill planning for this target is in progress. Further drilling is being planned to follow up on the defined mineralised intervals. ___________________________________________________________ Cove Resources Limited (ASX: CVE & CVEO) is pleased to announce the final one metre split results from its April 2012 drilling at the Quartz Circle VMS Project (80% CVE) in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. The April drilling comprised 25 holes for 2,038 metres over five prospects in the Quartz Circle Project area (Figure 1). Significant results include: 17 metres at 2.43% Cu from 43 metres (including 7 metres at 3.67% Cu from 53 metres in CQCRC005) 8 metres at 5.34 g/t Au from 106 metres and 1 metre at 22.1 g/t Au from 60 metres in CQCRC008 3 metres at 4.45g/t Au from 19 metres in CQCRC012 and 9 metres at 2.02% Cu from 41 metres in CQCRC023. A full table of significant final intercepts from the Quartz Circle drilling program is provided in Table 1, attached. The Quartz Circle project is located 220 kilometres southeast of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of WA (Figure 1). The Pilbara region has numerous copper- zinc-lead-silver-gold deposits hosted by Early Archaean volcanic sequences which surround large granite bodies. The Quartz Circle Project shares many common features with the Panoramic, Whim Creek, Mons Cupri and Lennons Find deposits. Of particular interest is that VMS deposits tend to occur within a region in clusters (Figure 2). At Igloo, Cove Resources drilling indicates that mineralisation is open. Drilling at the Au4 (Northwest) and Au7 (Igloo North) shows that mineralisation is open along strike and at depth (Figure 3). Based on these promising results further drilling is warranted. In addition, planning is underway for drilling the Royal EM anomaly. For personal use only

Cove Resources Limited Company Background
Cove Resources listed on the ASX on 27 January 2011 to explore and evaluate gold development opportunities at the Goongarrie, Sunrise Dam, Carosue and Spargoville Projects in the Eastern goldfields of Western Australia and to evaluate complementary merger and acquisition opportunities In October 2011, the company signed an agreement to acquire Blenheim Resources Limited including the Quartz Circle, Mud Crab and Gidgee Projects to add to the existing portfolio. The agreement brings Garry Hemming and Grant Freeman as strategic additions to the Board and Management. In June 2012 the company has embarked on the process of acquiring the Koivu Titanium Project in Finland. This acquisition gives Cove a solid path to production.
