The Kings were not looking to get into the RV business but when they took their camper in for service, the owner, who wanted to retire, approached them about buying the dealership. Everything in our Network Operation Center (NOC) is dupli- cate to provide no single point of failure; two firewalls, two Internet connections, two separate A/C units and even two different telecommunication providers using different technologies which is all connected to our generator to ensure no loss of power. Enterprise level firewalls utilize custom rules to analyze data to block and prevent unauthorized access to the network. An Intrusion Detection System (cont. on page 3) lakefront RV park, they embarked on this new business venture. AOK RVs originally sold used camp- ers and was basically a consignment lot. Now the dealership sells 12 new travel trailers and 5 th wheel lines and picked up their first motorcoach line, Coachmen, this year. AOK RVs sits on four acres and will be adding a new six-bay service center, more office space and expanding their retail store this year. There are 13 employees including Vicki and Monty’s teenage son and daughter, but every employee is like family to them. Interestingly, their loyal, hard-working sales people are not commissioned but are nicely reward- ed. Several employees have worked Jessica Yaudes, one of our business managers, is our 2015 Dealer’s Choice award winner and Dawn Fields, business administrator, and Tyler Johnson, end user support specialist, are our 2015 Above & Beyond award winners.
