Course Information

• Today I hope to complete the discussion of Chapter 18. Wewill only cover the material of Sections 18.1 – 18.5.

• On Tuesday, our lecture will be a Q&A session. Askquestions about any aspect of the course, and hopefully getan answer.

• The final exam will cover all the material discussed in thiscourse: chapters 1–11 and chapter 17-18. Note: for chapters17-18, I only will ask questions based on the material in mynotes.

• The final exam will take place on Tuesday May 8 at 7.15 pmin B&L 106.

• Extra office hours to help you prepare for the final exam:• Yuxuan Cao: Sunday May 6, 8 – 10 pm, POA library.• Frank Wolfs: Monday May 7, 10 – 12 pm, B&L 203A.• Dev Ashish Khaitan: May 7, 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm, B&L 203G.

6 Minute 03 Second Intermission.

• Since paying attention for 1hour and 15 minutes is hardwhen the topic is physics, let’s take a 6 minute 03second intermission.

• You can:• Stretch out.• Talk to your neighbors.• Ask me a quick question.• Enjoy the fantastic music.
