NHS Education for Scotland has developed a Quality Improvement Curriculum designed to support staff in Scotland in their efforts to improve services. This is an opportunity for NHSScotland staff to consider and comment on the Scottish Quality Improvement Curriculum.

What is the Quality Improvement Education Framework?Framework designed to support an integrated and planned approach to develop capacity and:

•articulate goals and standards of achievement in knowledge, skills and behaviours for staff in different roles

•support self-directed, individual pathways through learning•be used locally and nationally

•enable systematic, progressive professional development•support large-scale capacity-building in improvement•align with and use existing relevant education and resources•facilitate commissioning of professional development and resources
