• Heterogeneous Process and System Landscape− Before there where many different implementations of processes and systems in different areas of the
company, which where not integrated with each other
− Now there are some of the most important processes and systems unified and integrated available for
corporate quality management
• Common Language− Before there where only isolated and incompatible structures in not integrated systems available, which made
it difficult to cooperate between the different areas of the company
− Now there is a common language in the sense of unified and centralized structure available for the whole
company, which makes it possible to bring transparency into corporate quality

Quality needs to be planned and managed!

and decisions) have to be defined and handled on that basis to
be broken down or aggregated on the different levels. It also

needs for the certain situations.
