CertifiCations/approvals
EUROFLEX has obtained ISO 9001 v. 2000 certification since 2008 as a result of our quality management system.
EUROFLEX flexible hoses are ACS and CSTBat approved. This approval process requires strict control procedures that must be in compliance with rigorous technical specifications and updated on a continuous basis (certificates available at www.euroflex-maroc.com).
Know-how
All aspects of production are managed by our engineers and highly trained factory specialists with multiple controls at each stage. Braiding and
fabrication of all components are completed in our Casablanca facility.
Crimping is achieved by our unique circular clamping process on the ferrule following a profile with very precise tolerances and parameters. The ultimate result is a double crimp of 12 points assuring additional security and reliability against any leakage of the assembled hoses.

All Euroflex flexible hoses are fabricated using the highest quality components and materials. This ensures a consistent, reliable and durable product free of defects under normal use.
EUROFLEX guarantees to the original purchaser that the hoses they manufacture will perform at our published ranges only when installed properly, connected, operated and maintained in accordance with the company’s specifications for application and installation. If the products are part of a greater system then the company accepts responsibility only for the products manufactured by it.EUROFLEX for a period of five years from the date of fabrication warranties flexible hoses with stainless steel braiding and crimped ferrules to be free from defects in the material and workmanship under normal use, service, installation and maintenance. Normal use is defined as not in excess of the maximum pressures, temperatures and rated capacities per application as specified in the company’s published literature and specifications for application and installation sheets. Additionally, all flexible hoses are date stamped on the ferrule during production to identify and ensure traceability.

EUROFLEX flexible hoses have a very extensive range from 1/2’’ to 2’’ I.D. (internal diameter) and from 12’’, 18’’, 24’’ and 36’’ lengths :
- flexible hoses with EPDM tube- flexible hoses with insulation- flexible hoses with CAFLEX tube for high protection against oxygen diffusion.
The flexible hoses are equipped with end connectors :- as standard : BSP or NPT- to order : metric or special threads

Components
• Elastomer : our exclusive EPDM hose formula has been specially designed and is proprietary to all of our flexible products. We have been an industry leader in defining specifications to include shore hardness, resistance to aging, mechanical resistance (elasticity, tensile strength, stretching) along with resistance to chemical agents which could be in contact with the elastomer and non toxicity. Operating temperature of 230° F can be used in continuous service.
• External braiding : 304 L stainless steel
• Crimping ferrules : 304 L stainless steel stamping
• Couplings : brass (raw or nickel plated) or bichromated steel

We offer a range of screwed male connectors for 1/4’’ and 3/8’’ flexible in M8 x 100, M10 x 100 with or without ‘O’ ring gasket, specially designed for manufacturers of monobloc taps in order to facilitate the use of the flexibles in place of rigid copper tube.

Special quick couplings
We offer a complete range of quick connect couplings for tube O.D. 1/4’’, 1/2’’, 5/8’’ and 3/4’’ specifically developed for the new generation of air conditioning systems.
It enables an easy and immediate connection on most tubing such as copper, brass, steel, polyamide, calibrated nylon polyethylene or similar tube of sufficient rigidity.

Flexible hoses with ‘CAFLEX’ tube
The CAFLEX flexible hoses have been specially designed with a special rubber tube to have a better protection against oxygen diffusion by keeping the very high flexibility of the EUROFLEX products in compliance with the DIN 4726 standard.
They are intended for connections for heating and air conditioning.
Insulated flexible hoses
These flexible hoses are generally used for circulation of chilled water on air conditioning units or for the connection of heat pumps.
They can be supplied with an insulation sheath in the following thicknesses:
- 0.35’’- 0.51’’- 0.75’’

ApplicationsSpecially designated for operating conditions in heating, air conditioning and sanitation. The elastomer is not sensitive to Glycol or water treatment products. Additionally, it has an excellent resistance to the atmosphere and temperature.
heating The resistance to temperature at a working temperature at 230°F in continuous service (with peaks at 284°F) of the EUROFLEX flexible hose enables this product to be used everywhere in heating circuit. Examples of connections as follows :
- Radiators- Heat pumps- Boilers- Layers of floor heating- Solar collectors- Finned convectors- Riser columns
air Conditioning
The connection to the battery coils of fan convectors and induction units often involves some problems due to lack of space. The EUROFLEX flexible hose offers a solution evident in comparison with rigid mounting. Also, it enables the connection of the cooling ceiling system to be made efficiently saving labor, time and money.Examples of connections as follows :
- Induction units- Fan convectors- Inlet supply water on the condensers of air conditioning units- Batteries of finned heaters
