Iuppa Homes has been a family owned and operated company since 1974,
beginning as John Iuppa Homes, Inc. Rich was mentored by his father, John,

John Iuppa retired in 1995 after completing new homes in Perinton, Greece
and Gates. John has since turned over the family business to Rich who added
