Plant will be owned by our investors for a mininmum period of 15 years

Quantum Green will Operate and Maintain the plant for a period of 15 years

All inputs by the promoter / municipality as mention in the previous slide will be provided to Quantum Green free of cost

Promoter / Municipality to assist Quantum Green in establishing waste logistics from bulk producers. They must ensure that the waste provided will be completely segregated

Promoter / Municipality to assist Quantum Green in establishing Bio-Gas distribution network

Promoter / Municipality to assist Quantum Green in establishing manure distribution network.

Promoter / Municipality to assist Quantum Green in identifying labour required to operate the plant.

After a period of 15 years, an option to transfer the plant to the promoter / municipality will be available based on an amicable settlement with the investor.
