Cancer registry system since 1973 in Sihui
Follow up system for NPC cases since 1978
1761 incidence cases of NPC were chose during 1976-2005
Follow up to the end of 2006 , Max follow up year=30.4
1239 (70.3%) cases with pathological evidence
