2)Installation of PYD® assembly bows
PYD® assembly bows are affi xed to the wall with mounting mate-rials coordinated onsite
4) Connection of the flow to the PYD® heating circuit distributor
In order to feed the PYD® system pipe to the heating circuit dis-tributor tension-free, the boiler tube is pushed through the PYD®
laying angle. Afterwards, PYD® system pipe is connected to the fl ow of the heating circuit distributor with the PYD® adaptor and conducted to the correspondent wall as indicated in the laying plan
3) Connection to the PYD® bend connectors
Afterwards, the PYD® assembly bows are connected to the PYD® bend connectors. This guarantees the distance for laying. Having affi xed the PYD® assembly bows, the bend connectors can be re-moved.
7) Connection of the return to the PYD® heating circuit distributor
After the room has been covered with PYD® system pipe as indicated in the laying plan, the pipe is guided back to the PYD® heating circuit distributor. It is cut fi ttingly, pushed through the laying angle pipe, and connected to the return of the PYD® heating circuit distributor with an adaptor
9) Fixing the wire netting
In order to stabilize the render, it is necessary to install a rein-forcement onsite. It is affi xed with plate dowels, panel brads for lightweight construction, or other fi xing devices (provided onsite) according to the manufacturer’s specifi cations. The base for the render additionally serves for stabilization of the PYD® aluminium heat conducting sheets and PYD® system pipe on the subground. Fixation of the reinforcement should also affi x every PYD® alumi-num heat conducting sheet
Duration of assembly
PYD®-ALUWALL wet system and its components for installation are designed very simply. Installation is estimates to require about 8-10 group minutes per m² (Basically, this depends upon the condition and preparation of the subground). This time specifi cation includes installing the PYD edge insulating strips and PYD assembly bows. Alignment,fi xing, and installation of the PYD system pipe with a connection to the PYD heating circuit distributor, as well asinstallation of the PYD aluminium heat conducting sheet are included in the calculation, too.
Setting up the PYD heating circuit distributor and distribution box is estimated to take about 30 minutes.
5) Installation of PYD® system pipe
The feeding pipes are affi xed with the pipe supports that are pro-vided as equipment
8) Laying of the aluminium heat conducting sheets
After fastening the PYD® system pipe, the PYD® aluminium heat conducting sheets are installed. To do so, the PYD® system pipe is lifted a little and pushed into the designated channel of the PYD® aluminium heat conducting sheets. It is to be attended that the PYD® aluminium heat conducting sheets are laid out interconnectedly, as pictured. The distance between the metal sheets is 2-3 cm
10) Application of the ground or filling render
Render is applied in three stages. First cement plaster is ap-plied. It reacts with the aluminium and ensures that ground and fi lling render adhere later. After drying the ground- or fi l-ling render has a thickness of about 20-23 mm. After suffi cient hardening, covering render is applied and smoothed out

6) Installation of PYD® system pipe
PYD® system pipe is pulled over the bow of the installation aid and hooked in.In order to retighten the PYD® system pipe, it is compressed about 20 cm in front of the bow and pushed/ pulled as far above the PYD® assembly bow until the pipe is straight and tightened and bears on wall

PYD®-ALUWALL drywall construction, instructions for installation
8
Requirements for installation:
1. The existing subground has to be even, clean, dry, and stable.2. The structural conditions and the laying plan have to match.3. Mounting wood bars H 23mm x W 50mm.
1) Installation of PYD® mounting wood bars
First, battens are laid on the outer edges of the wall that is to be heated. The frame then is interrupted for the feeding pipe as indi-cated in the laying plan. Afterwards, the mounting wood bars are installed. The grid measurement of 560 mm absolutely has to be maintained. The measurement is taken from the middle of one bar to the middle of the other
Needed tools/documents:
1. Scissors for cutting PE-RT pipes2. Sharp knive3. Possibly an uncoiling device4. Ring wrench NW 30mm5. Cordless screwdriver with bit6. Hand-held circular saw7. Prepackaging of pipe rings
3) Installation of PYD® assembly bows
PYD® assembly bows are attached to the wall with the provided screws (suitable dowels have to be provided onsite) and then con-nected with the PYD® bend connectors. Doing so, we obtain the distance of exactly 280 mm which facilitates the installation
4) Installation of PYD® foam foil
One layer of PYD® foam foil is laid out in between the mounting wood bars with the adhesive side pointing backwards and then fi xed
2) Marking the distances
The distance from the wall to the mounting wood bar should be at least 250mm. Thus, we clear enough space for the PYD® assembly bows that is installed afterwards
5) Connection of the flow to the PYD® heating circuit distributor
In order to feed the PYD® system pipe to the heating circuit dis-tributor without tension, the boiler tube is pushed through the PYD® laying angle. Afterwards, PYD® system pipe is connected to the fl ow of the heating circuit distributor with the PYD® adaptor and conducted to the correspondent wall as indicated in the laying plan. Freely installed feeding tubes have to be attached with sui-table heat insulation where needed and affi xed every 50 cm
7) Connection of the return to the PYD® heating circuit distributor
After the room has been covered with PYD® system pipe as indicated in the laying plan, the pipe is guided back to the PYD® heating circuit distributor. It is cut fi ttingly, pushed through the laying angle pipe, and connected to the return of the PYD® heating circuit distributor by means of an adaptor. If necessary a laying angle has to be affi xed for feeding the tube on the wall, as well
9) Assembly of the wall coverings
The drywall panels are now connected to the mounting wood bars with tension
Duration of assembly:
PYD®-ALUWALL wet system and its components for installation are designed very simply. Installation takes about 10-12 group minu-tes per m² (basically, this depends upon the condition and prepa-ration of the subground and the alignment of the mounting wood bars according to our laying plan.)This time specifi cation includes installation of the PYD® foam foil and PYD® assembly bows. Additionally, alignment, fi xing, and in-stallation of the PYD® system pipe with a connection to the PYD® heating circuit distributor, as well as installation of the PYD® alu-minium heat conducting sheets are included in the calculation.
Setting up the PYD® heating circuit distributor and distribution box is estimated to take about 30 minutes.
6) Installation of PYD® system pipe
PYD® system pipe is pulled over the PYD® assembly bow and hooked in. In order to retighten the PYD® system pipe, it is com-pressed about 20 cm in front of the bow and pushed/ pulled as far above the PYD® assembly bow until the pipe is straight, tightened and doesn’t sag
8) Installation of the PYD® aluminium heat conducting sheets
The PYD® aluminium heat conducting sheet is attached to the PYD® system pipe from on high. The tips of the pyramids are pointing away from the room to the wall. The sheets are laid out in a row with a distance of about 10 cm.The sheets have to have a superelevation of about 2-3mm, so that there already is a pretension when mounting the drywall panels
