PricesAll prices are shown exclusive of VAT.Prices are subject to change without noticeand orders are invoiced at prices current atthe time of despatch.

Settlement UK A/CNett 30 days, 3.75% for 7 days, 2.50% for28 days. Cheques to be made payable to SeaGems Limited. Visa, Delta, Switch andMasterCard are also accepted.

AccountsFor new customers paying by cheque, goodswill be despatched on receipt of paymentand 30 days Credit Account ApplicationForms will accompany the first order. ForAccount customers, failure to settle within 30days may result in following orders revertingto payment in advance.

All collection fees incurred by us regardingthe recovery of overdue accounts will bepassed on to the customer.We reserve the right to charge interest onoverdue accounts at a rate of 2.5% permonth. Also note new VAT regulations on

overdue accounts will be applied. Goods areonly despatched to non-UK customers onreceipt of payment.

DeliveryOrders over £50.00 (excluding VAT) whichare delivered in the UK are not subject todelivery charges.

£1.50 will be charged for orders deliveredin the UK with a value of less than £10.00(excluding VAT) unless back order.

£4.50 will be charged for orders delivered inthe UK with a value between £10.00 and£50.00 (excluding VAT).

Non-UK orders are subject to deliverycharges.Sea Gems Ltd reserves the right to alterdelivery charges in the event of disruption toRoyal Mail delivery services.

Part deliverySea Gems Ltd carries extensive stocks of allproducts. If however, certain items are notavailable on receipt of the order, Sea GemsLtd will supply all that is available from stockand invoice accordingly.

SpecificationAny illustration of a product or description ofsize, dimension, style, weight etc. is given ingood faith, however cannot be guaranteed asabsolutely correct.

Should any product not be available in thesize or colour or design ordered, analternative may be supplied unless thecustomer specifies on the order form that analternative must not be supplied.

Damaged Goods and ReturnsItems delivered broken or faulty must bereturned to us within 7 days accompanied by fulldetails of the order date and invoice number.Each item must be returned in its individual bagwith the product code clearly marked.

Claims can only be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items will be replaced or credited providedthe damage occurs prior to delivery, or if it isclear that there is a manufacturing fault.Items considered to have been mistreated ordamaged through wear and tear cannot bereplaced or credited.

The issuing of replacements and credit notesis at Sea Gems Ltd discretion.

Sea Gems Ltd are unable to offer sale orreturn arrangements.

ErrorsIn the unlikely event of Sea Gems Ltd supplyingyour order incorrectly in any way, customersmust contact Sea Gems Ltd immediatelyproviding full details of the order date andinvoice number. Sea Gems Ltd will endeavour tocorrect the situation immediately.

Title claimThese goods remain the property of SeaGems Ltd until they are paid for. The riskof the goods shall pass to the buyer ondelivery but the ownership of the goodsshall remain with the company until fullpayment has been received from thebuyer (each order being considered as awhole). In the event of non-payment thecompany shall be entitled to repossess thegoods unless they have been subject toprior re-sale in the hands of the buyer orliquidator, receiver or trustee in thebankruptcy of the buyer.
