Puget Sound Educational Service District In-Kind Match Valuation 2019 2023 Ops2 - Key Peninsula School Bus Connects Project Peninsula School District (PSD) - $75,200 Provides time for the Transportation Director and dispatcher to assist in planning, direction and implementation the development of bus routes and driver supervision. PSD also advises the Transportation Committee and other community transportation planning and accounting support, record keeping and collection of daily route statistical data. Additionally the District in-kind support includes driver training and vehicle support (depreciation & repair). Annual Contribution: $18,800 Supervision dispatch $5,200 (salary) x 2 people = $10,400 Record Keeping $2,400 (salary) = $2,400 Bus operation and depreciation cost = $6,000 Total: $18,800 x 4 years = $75,200 The Key Peninsula Partnership for a Healthy Community (KPP) - $34,000 KPSBC through Whisper, Sequoia, Group Health Foundation grants will provide resources to augment and expand KP transportation services. In addition they will facilitate the transportation advisory committee regular meetings and community forums. Annual Contribution: $8,500 Director support and development of community resources & support (3 hr x $125 x 12 mo) = $4,500 Additional Grant Resources = $4,000/year Total: $8,500 x 4 years = $34,000 The Key Peninsula Community Council - $48,750 KPC will provide in-kind matching support for grant oversight, decision making, communication, support, accounting, insurance and administrative assistant support. Additionally, the council provides community outreach, marketing and volunteer support. Annual Contribution: $12,187.50 Program administrative support and overhead 47.5 x $125 = $5937.50 Volunteer support 250 people x $25 = $6,250 Total: $12,187.50 x 4 years = $48,750 CHI Franciscan - $13,500 CHI Franciscan provides in-kind marketing and bus schedule brochure production for community outreach for both fall and summer programs. Additionally, they convene a monthly community outreach support group which has been an importation community out-reach/bus connects information sharing group. They have also helped expand service opportunities. Annual Contribution: $3,375 Printing & marketing materials = $1,500 Outreach Committee advice and transport service input = 10 people x.25 hr x $125 x 6mtgs/yr = $1,875 Total: $3,375 x 4 yrs = $13,500

Ops2 - Key Peninsula School Bus Connects Project

Peninsula School District (PSD) - $75,200 Provides time for the Transportation Director and dispatcher to assist in planning, direction and implementation the development of bus routes and driver supervision. • Record Keeping $2,400 (salary) = $2,400

Key Peninsula Family Resource Center (PFRC) - $13,600 Children’s Home Society of Washington/Key Peninsula Family Resource Center and provides staff time to educate and inform the community about KPSBC transportation options. They also provide records storage and shared meeting space. Annual Contribution: $3,400

• Staff time 20 hrs staff x $50/hr = $1,000

• Shared space for storage and meetings = $200/mo x 12 mo = $2,400 Total: $3,400 x 4 years = $13,600 Total In-Kind Valuation $185,050
