Puff pastry quiches with butter NEW 4 PORTIONS Ingredients: ■ 1 Pidy Quiche 18 cm ■ 4 eggs ■ 5 dl milk ■ 1 vanilla pod ■ 100 g sugar ■ 50 g custard powder ■ 2,5 dl cream ■ 400 g strawberries 1 Heat the milk over a low heat. Put the vanilla seeds and the pod in the milk. 2 Collect the yolks in the mixing bowl. Add the sugar to the egg yolk. 3 Let everything mix, in which all sugar granules are dissolved. 4 Add the custard powder and mix thoroughly. 5 Pour a small part of the hot milk into the egg mixture and stir immediately. 6 Pour the entire content into the pan with the rest of the warm milk. Use a low heat and keep stirring until you have a pudding. Allow the pastry cream to cool. 7 Pour the vanilla custard into the quiche and let the filling set for 2 hours. 8 Cover the filled quiche with strawberries and finish with icing sugar.
