Puerto Rico Inventory Keeping Best Practices Entering the Correct Quantity of Inventory Packages: 'Packaged Products' refers to the complete pre-packaged item that is sold as a single unit, whether that package contains one or multiple marijuana-infused products (example: chocolates, gummies, suppositories). When entering your inventory data, be sure to note that the 'quantity' should represent the single base product package. In other words, if you have ten (10) six-pack packages, and you will be selling each one (1) of those units individually, then you will enter a total quantity of 60 units. In this scenario, be sure that you are ringing up each individual unit that is provided to the patient. During your data entry, please be sure to enter each individual unit's level of THC as the "Usable" weight. If you are selling the ten (10) six-packs as a closed unit (without opening it to sell the six units individually), then you will follow the same steps as above, but only enter 10 units (instead of 60) and make sure the THC weight entered (Usable weight) represents the THC within the entire six-pack.
