Digital Member Transmittal Process
Upon the release of a new digital publication…• E-mail notification will be sent out to SCOH, with cc to SCOD, BoD,
additional tech committees (if specified), and master librarian list for each DOT, containing a Promotion Code and a step-by-step set of instructions
• Once received, the DOT designee must gain access to site through an E-Affiliate account and then “purchase” the said document ($0)o It is recommended that each state use a shared generic login,
because once that doc is “purchased” that is the login needed to gain access to that file
• Once the purchase is complete, the subscription can allow up to 5 different users at any given time.
• All digital PDFs include the option to print the material
