The cost elements that will be recovered through the FPPCAC shall nclude the following

FERC Accounts 501 0 Coal, 501 2 Natural Gas Purchases; 501 4 Oil Consumption, 518 0

Nuclear 547 0 Gas Purchases, 555 0 Purchased Power, 805 0 Gas Imbalance, 447 0

Sales for Resale (One hundred percent (100%) of off-system sales margins shall be

credited to customers)

a) The annual FPPCAC fuel factor shal be calculated as follows’

) Projected FPPCAC cost elements for the 12 months July through June plus the

over’under balance of FPPCAC costs tnrougn the end of each AprI. dvidea oi the
