� Established in Jakarta in 1972; the Company offered its shares to public in

1990 and was listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock

Exchange

� Paper and boxboard mill located in Mojokerto Street Km. 44, Sidoarjo, East

Java; total production capacity of 1,157,000 tons of paper, 80,000 tons of

packaging products and 320,000 tons of stationary per annum

� Focus on higher margin value added products: photocopy paper, stationery,

uncoated wood free and art paper; largest producer of stationery products in

Indonesia

� Sales outside of Indonesia represent approximately 68% of total sales;

Geographically diversified sales to over 130 countries all over the world with

major export markets: Japan, UAE, and USA

� Currently has about 13,000 employees

TJIWI KIMIA is located one hour driving distance from the Surabaya international airport and

container transfer dock (also 44 kilometers from Surabaya downtown). The factory occupies

more than 200 hectares of land with +/-13,000 employees running 3 shifts for continuous

operation.
