Stereotyping
A stereotype assumes that all members of a group share some common feature.
Social Loafing
occurs when persons are performing a task as part of a group and individual effort cannot be
identified.
Self-serving Attribution
make external attributions for negative outcomes and make internal attributions for positive outcomes. In other words, we
take credit for success but we don't take responsibility for failure.
Motivation
taking a certain action for the sake of enjoyment. Leads us to be more fully engaged.
Observational Learning
watching others engage in behaviours and then repeating those actions.
