Features / Advantages and Benefits:The active pin pull-back function enables a controlled opening independent of the injection pressure and a free melt flow. This ensures fault-free components and conti-nual production. Pin movement is always guaranteed!
The flanged operating unit makes the nozzle immediate-ly ready for use. Only the operating medium (hydraulic, pneumatic) and the cooling water need to be connected. This spares you extensive adaptation and avoids errors.
This is PSG's first injection valve gate nozzle with active pin pull-back. The valve pin is controlled by a flanged control unit. The nozzles are available in hydraulic, Fox 48 CH A, or pneumatic, Fox 48 CP A, makes.
