The distance bet&een the rails should be about 1.2cm

Assemble the - motor end and + end li9e this7 usin m3+30 scre&s7 m3 nuts and m3&ashers.

'emove the su##ort from the + end.

Place the 2$ bearin into the idler7 and both into the idler holder usin a m$+30 scre&&ith n!lon loc9 nut.

Put a $+2, scre& in the idler holder. This &ill be used to tihten the timin belt

ount the a+is ste##er motors onto the frame usin 3+10 scre&s 10+4.

Put the motor cou#lin on the ste##er motor and fi+ the he+ scre&s. Insert the ,

threaded rod into the cou#lin and tihten ver! much. @se the 3/cm smooth rods toma9e the + a+is &ith the + end7 + motor mount and + carriae. Assemble the a+is usinthe 3$cm smooth rods. Place the - a+is over the a+is &ith a , nut7 ma9e sure that the, fits in the + end and + motor mount. If not7 heat the scre& and force it into the abs#iece.

Put the timin belt onto the - a+is and fi+ usin tie &ra#s. Tihten the belt usin the belttensioner. The belt should ma9e a hih #itched sound &hen touched.

Ta9e about a meter of the 1/A &ire the fat ones4 and stri# a bit of the insulation. Thesolder the end of the &ire. Then #ut a bit of solder on the #ad of the heated bed andsolder the 1/A ire to the heated bed. a9e sure to use enouh solder.
