• Es8mate background for Trigger sample: – Selec8on cuts applied on MC lepton sample, evaluate acceptance for this selec8on
• Use this approach to adjust TRD-‐only based analysis cuts and es8mate residual background: – MC lepton simula8on data will be used for acceptance evalua8on, Trigger efficiency, etc.
– MC proton simula8on will be used to es8mate residual background a_er all cuts
• Number of slots varies from 20 to 200, preproduc8on/produc8on of pass6 is on-‐going
• In case of > 200 jobs the bolle-‐neck is copying speed to EKP • For now ~ 50000/70289 files were produced, 36000 copied to EKP • Streams will occupy:
TRD online status • Switch no new machines ams-‐vobox01, ams-‐vobox02:
– 3 8mes (problem with creden8als?), recovered in 5-‐6 hours automa8cally
– 25 Jan morning problem with SCDB files, processing stopped, processing goes to infinite loops (reason last SCDB file was corrupted). Now fixed
– DB migra8on to ams-‐vobox01 – Old version of so_ware s8ll runs on: phams01, phams02, amsvobox01, amsvobox02
• TRD tube occupancy online scripts were started • TRDGain3 data was produced (8ll and checked 8ll Jan 23 for
now). Ready for next produc8on round. See next slides.. – Some small issue appeared (2 calibra8on files at the beginning of the flight were missed). Problem fixed.
