In terms of protection and comfort, weight is a very crucial factor. The challenge for Lazer engineers was to maximize the lightness of the helmets while providing more protection.

By using pure carbon fibres which are woven through a complex process with differentiated polymerization and by removing unnecessary components, Lazer has reached this achievement.

The aim is fulfilled, the Kestrel Lumino Signature PC Racing helmet weighs only 1250 gr, the MX8 Aerial PC weighs 1050 gr whereas the Monaco Evo PC weighs 1350 gr, making it the lightest modular helmet in the world !

En termes de protection et de confort, le poids est un facteur très important. Le challenge des ingénieurs de Lazer fut d’alléger au maximum les casques tout en leur conférant plus de protection.

L’utilisation de fibres Pure Carbon en tissages complexes et polymérisation différenciée, associée à une élimination radicale d’éléments superflus, a permis cet exploit.

L’objectif est atteint, le casque Racing Kestrel Lumino Signature PC affiche un poids plume de 1250 gr, le MX8 Aerial PC un poids de 1050 gr alors que le Monaco Evo PC pointe à 1350 gr - le casque modulaire le plus léger au monde !

In termini di protezione e di confort, il peso è un fattore molto importante. La sfida per gli ingegneri di Lazer era di ridurre al massimo il peso dei caschi ma anche di aumentare la protezione.

Usando fibre di carbonio puro che sono intrecciate secondo un complesso processo con polimerizzazione differenziata, e togliendo componenti superflui, sono riusciti a realizzare questa prodezza.

L’obiettivo è raggiunto, il casco Racing Kestrel Lumino Signature PC ha un peso piuma di 1250 gr, l’MX8 Aerial PC ha un peso di 1050 gr, mentre il Monaco Evo PC pesa 1350 gr - il casco modulare più leggero al mondo !

The lumino visor: a breakthrough in sun glare protection

It is the only visor that darkens from a clear state of 90% light transmission to a dark state of 20% lighttransmission, in about 15 seconds. MORPHO SYSTEM PLUS

Thanks to Lazer’s helmets’ production and finishing quality, a helmet can be worn for several years. When the helmet is beginning to show signs of wear, but hasn’t suffered any severe shocks, the interiors can be restored by using new cheek pads and a new head pad.

Lazer offers a large range of spare parts for personalizing or restoring helmets : various visors (Lumino, WideRace, WideClear, clear, tinted, coloured) and Pinlock® lenses (clear, tinted, high visibility orange) and plate/ratchet sets, nose deflectors, head and cheek pads in different thicknesses and sizes.

For the helmets models listed below, it is possible to choose the head and cheek pads’ size, so that they can perfectly fit with the morphology. In order to know the size of head and cheek pads fitting with your helmet :

La qualité de fabrication et de finition des casques Lazer permet d’envisager de garder un casque plusieurs années. Après une usure naturelle et si le casque n’a pas reçu de choc, l’intérieur est reconditionnable grâce à de nouveaux coussinets de joues et une nouvelle coiffe. Faire le choix d’un casque à intérieur démontable constitue donc un réel avantage.

Lazer propose de nombreuses pièces détachées qui permettent de personnaliser ou de reconditionner un casque : divers écrans (Lumino, WideRace, WideClear, écrans clairs, fumés ou encore colorés) et lentilles Pinlock® (claires, fumées, orange haute visibilité) mais aussi des kits de plaquettes et crémaillères, des cachenez, coiffes et coussinets de joues d’épaisseurs et de tailles multiples.

Pour les modèles de casques repris dans le tableau ci-dessous, il est possible de choisir la taille de la coiffe et des coussinets de joues pour qu’ils correspondent parfaitement à la morphologie du visage. Pour connaître les tailles de la coiffe et des coussinets de joues qui s’adaptent à votre casque :

de casque qui correspond> Choisir une taille de coiffe et/ou de coussinets de

joues adaptable à la taille du casque

La qualità di produzione e rifinitura dei caschi Lazer permette di prevederne l’utilizzo per molti anni. Dopo una normale usura, e se il casco non è stato soggetto a urti violenti, è possibile rinnovarne gli interni con cuffia e guanciali nuovi. La scelta di un casco con interni removibili rappresenta dunque un reale vantaggio.

Lazer propone numerose parti di ricambio chepermettono di personalizzare o rinnovare il proprio casco, tra cui svariate visiere (Lumino, WideRace, WideClear, trasparenti, fumé, colorate) e Pinlock® antiappannamento (trasparenti, fumé, arancione alta visibilità), ma anche kit di placchette e cremagliere, paranaso, cuffie e guanciali in diverse taglie e spessori.

Per i modelli di caschi ripresi nella tabella qui sotto, è possibile scegliere la misura dei guanciali e della cuffia in modo che si adattino perfettamente alla morfologia del viso. Per scegliere guanciali e cuffia di taglia adatta al casco, procedere come segue :

tabella qui sotto> Scegliere una taglia di guanciali e/o cuffia
