You have ever been told that you had lead poisoning as a child. At any time during your pregnancy, you have eaten, chewed or put in your mouth any non-food items such as clay, crushed pottery, soil or paint chips. You have used any products from other countries during the past 12 months, such as health remedies, spices, foods, ceramics or cosmetics. There has been any renovation or repair work in your home during the past 12 months. You have ever had a job or hobby in construction work, home renovation/repair, furniture refinishing, working with firearms, arts and crafts work involving ceramics, stained glass, metals or color pigments.
