IntroductionOn 6th April 2001, The Scholars’ Arena(A Unit of Padmawati ShikshanSansthan, Swami Nagar)
Was incorporated to impart qualityeducation to the students. It is CBSEaffiliated English medium school ofUdaipur providing value based qualityeducation to develop all creative aspectsof a Scholars' personality.
So far the institution has been able toachieve its goal by successfully runninganother branch of the school at R.K.Puram, Sec-9, Hiran Magri, Udaipur.

Registration & AdmissionRegistration & Admission(a) Prospectus along with registration form is available in the school office.
(b) The new admission are mainly taken in the Pre-Primary & Primaryclasses. The age limit for Pre Nursery, Nursery, Infant & Prep classes are2+, 3+ 4+, 5+ respectively. Children who are underage or overagebeyond a reasonable limit will not be considered for admission.
Oral aptitude & intelligence test for infant.Written test & interview from class prep onwards.
The admission test will cover English, Hindi, Maths & Science based onthe syllabus of the preceding class to which admission is sought. Fee forentrance test is Rs. 200/-
The following enclosures should compulsorily to be attached with theregistration form:a. Birth Certificate (only for Nursery, Kindergarten, Preparatory).b. Transfer certificate from the school attended previously.c. Xerox copy of academic performance sheet of the previous class.d. Two latest Pass port size coloured photographs.

Enclosures :
(a) Fee will be accepted in cash during school hours upto the 10th of every
month.
(b) Fees are payable for all 12 months of the year in 8 installments, beginning
from July to January. No deduction will be made for pupils coming late or
for broken period of absence.
c) Examination fee will be charged at the time of admission.
d) Except for caution money, fee once paid will not be refundable. Caution
money will be deemed to have been forfeited if not claimed within six
months.
e) The scholars’ will have to pay 10 months conveyance fee apart from tuition
fee. There will be no relaxation in conveyance fee if student is absent from
school for a month or so.
f) The conveyance fee will be charged for the full month even if the conveyance
facility is availed by a scholar for part of the month.
g) (I) After 10th day of the month, late fee of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged
for depositing the fees.
(ii) A re-admission fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged in addition to all the late
fee if the fee is not deposited till the end of month.
Fee Criteria & Instructions
Information of withdrawal must be given in writing atleast one month in
advance. In the absence of prior notice the scholars’ will have to pay a month’s
fee & other relevant fees.
Transfer certificate will be issued after clearing all dues and accounts on
payment of Rs. 50/- as fee for transfer certificate (Rs. 100/- for a duplicate).
