What is a module?

A module or component is a bundle of functionality, designed with a specific goal in mind. CRM

components are generally described as ‘modules’, while eCommerce or Web Solutions components

are referred to as ‘suites’. All components integrate to each other, and your back office accounting

system.

In each section, we have presented the recommended combination of components in a table, similar

to the one below. Some components require others before they will work (dependent components);

and we also highlight components which greatly enhance the functionality of the core module.

When a sales lead is logged, user-defined customer details
