Dynamic simulation of the lock mechanism and determine the key insertion force

Simpack predicted the trends in the load displacement accurately.

Model with contact and flex bodies was set up in less than 4 hours.

SIMPACK Took 28 minutes run time to complete the MBD simulation

Competing multi-body dynamic software tools, took more time to create model. Some MBD softwares took more than 26 hours to converge. (results were not matching). Many competing software could not even converge the solution
