Fair Trade Market Organization: Mainstreaming of Equitable Practices in the Production and Trade of Agro-Products in the Philippines
Featured Projects
Focused in helping local producers (farmers/food processors) develop and/or enhance their capability to implement fair trade activities.
Main goal is to establish a legal entity on a locally funded Fair Trade Marketing Organization which will ensure the sustainability of promoting fair trade in the country.
Target location is Visayas region.
Co-financed by DEG & FLO-CERT, Co-implemented by ASSIST & AFOS, Supported by Metro Gaisano & FairTrade International.

Green Infrastructure for Tourism Value Chain in Cebu
Promote Green Building concepts aligned with the Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) framework and standard.
Set up a Lighting Lab and Training Facility in Cebu City to serve as training hub for green building concepts.
Provide technical assistance to tourism value chain establishments.
Co-financed by DEG & TÜV Rheinland, Co-implemented by ASSIST, Supported by PGBC, DOT, DOST.
