Founder BiographyCherry has over 20 years of business experience in real estate and asset management. As a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Broker, she has leased and property managed commercial property from both a landlord and tenant perspective. Cherry has also served as project manager for Atlanta area utilities. Additional experience includes contract negotiation and administration focused on pole attachments between electric utilities, telecoms and cable operators. Cherry was co-founder of Organic Renewable Energy Organization (OREO), a sustainable boutique biodiesel company reusing restaurant grease as an alternative fuel that is still operating in Clarkston, Georgia. Prior to OREO, Cherry served as escrow agent for a Florida biodiesel company where she oversaw the sale of its stock to European investors. She has a MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School and a BS in Business from Mississippi University for Women. Cherry serves as Adjunct Professor at her alma mater, Keller Graduate School and is currently President of Piedmont Resources Group, a full service real estate brokerage located in Atlanta, Georgia.
