Coreslab was the design assist trade contractor for the architectural precast concrete on the 290,000 S.F. Pima County Court Tower as well as for the 831 car, 271,650 S.F. parking structure.
Coreslab was heavily involved with AECOM and Holben Martin White during pre-construction, to develop an efficient, cost effective architectural precast concrete enclosure which utilized white cement with no color, and a light sandblast texture to match Indiana limestone. The architect chose a "ribbed" formliner texture on the base panels of both the court tower and the parking structure.
