Potential Changes Throughout the Project

How To Get/Stay InvolvedParticipate in the following Project activities: Business Process Design workshops

Workshops designed to educate departments on the new HR business processes the system will support

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Users schedule time to test various aspects of the new system

and provide feedback to the project UAT opportunities will be based on specific modules Will be scheduled throughout the project

Attend Brown Bag sessions Opportunities to see the system and learn how to get
