Who we are?
The successful sum of few experienced people, gathered together in 2008, to perform projects in a professional manner;
Oil and Gas Upstream projects as main previous businesses of key team members;
Most of them developed for PETROM, in organizations which are still existing or not;
Some of them still being references for OMV Petrom as recent success stories.
Civil and industrial projects (not Oil and Gas), also on the competences list;
Different roles played in past projects, ensuring pretty much all needed competences for the new projects targeted;
High level education, and international projects experience, are the binders which integrates all the above in a recipe we want to develop furthermore;

Targeted Projects
• Small to Medium (for now) upstream construction projects, preferably EPCC type ones, in which we can take advantage of our knowledge and experiences.
• Upstream Turn Key projects, in which we are able to emphasize the qualitative services of our Engineering partners, primarily, and then the quality services of our manufacturing partners, E&I Partners, and suppliers of material, equipment and services for the above described works, all together.
• Main contracting for execution of industrial installations and sub-assemblies, such as measuring skids, tanks, vessels, manifolds, etc., from basic design to detail design, mechanical execution, E&I execution and testing, Commissioning, according to international standards and references.
• Civil constructions, but mostly connected to industrial environment, such as platforms, power and gas supply installations, environmental works, or combinations of these all.

Targeted Partners
Small to medium local services providers, in the area of civil construction, mechanical fabrication, electrical and instrumentation design and equipping, with proven technological experiences and skills, but with low or no Project Management experience and also low Marketing abilities. We can use their skills together with our Marketing strategies and with our core business, Project Management.
Medium to large foreign companies, again, with proven capabilities on needed areas of execution, with low or weak knowledge of Romanian market, or with weak operational and/or Marketing nucleuses in Romania.
Romanian manufacturers or importers, with good quality of the materials and/or products delivered, but once more, with sales functions not acting properly, this bringing them into the position of not having enough clients for good products usable in the referenced industry;
People: Young and skilled, experienced people, to be hired project based, or undetermined, to support all the disciplines, whether in Engineering, Procurement, Execution or Commissioning phases of the project. Not only Romanians, but also from EU area.

Conclusions
Simple solutions are available on the market to solve metering problems, even when fiscal metering is not needed locally.
Some other problems can be solved by modern flow meters and by their interconnection and communication capabilities;
Not expensive solutions, however with performances which can be reached and balanced for the purpose.
Through simple yet efficient concepts, design, fabrication and installation, important problems can be solved.
