1.0 Executive Summary

With two rain days this week, progress was a bit slower than normal. However, trades were

able to stay on schedule and continue significant work on Building A. Consumers Energy was

onsite to run primary power and set transformer for Building A.

2.0 Summary of Work The following work has been completed since the last report:

• Fair & Square Carpentry

o Completed roof truss installation and roof sheathing

o Completed wood top plate for all Steel Building B

o Completed South stairs in Building A

o Started floor truss hanger installation on Building B.

o Started Stair #3 for Building B

• Consolidated Electric

o Continued Electrical Box out for Building A 2nd and 3rd Level Units.

• Tekton Masonry

o Completed masonry work above Mailroom Building A.

• Custom Steel

o Completed installation of structural steel for Building B.

o Completed installation fo brick relief angle on perimeter of Building B.

o Steel inspection performed and passed.

• J Stevens Roofing

o Started installation of Building A Roof

• MPH Plumbing

o Continued plumbing rough-in for Building A 2nd Floor.

Two Week Look-Ahead:

• J Stevens Roofing

o Complete Building A Roof

• Custom Steel

o Deliver and install brick relief angle/tube steel for Masonry stair towers
