1: Community Centre (Submitting the online form)

Process 1: Filling online Application for Micro Trade Renewal Certificate

Step 1:- Login to the Portal and click on Department of Trade.

Result:- CC User Home page appears

Step 2:- Click the link “Create New Application”

Result :- The following page

Step 3:- Select option “Micro Trade Registration Renewal” from the drop down list and click

“Submit” button

Result:- this page appear where user have to enter the micro trade certificate number of the

applicant

Step 5:- Enter the micro-trade certificate number and click “Submit License Number”

Result 1 :- If the micro-trade certificate number does not exist the following error page will

display.

Result 2 :- But if the micro-trade certificate number exist the following application form appears

Results 3 :- The information present in the text box are fetched from the DoT(Department of

Trade) database.

If the field are mandatory the error message will appear once u click the “Submit Detail”

button and the application will not be forwarded further.

Step 4:- Click the “Submit Detail” button the following acknowledgement page

Result :- Acknowledgement Page

Result: - Application number “281_0000015” is generated. This application number is used to

track the applicant application

Result:- Click on “Print” and print the acknowledgement receipt

Process 2: Tracking the Online Application

Step 1: Click on the “View Status” menu on from the menu bar.

Step 2: Enter the application in the text field.

Step 3: Click the “Submit button”.

Result:

Process 3: Printing Micro Trade Renewal Certificate after Approval

Step 1 : To track the application and to print the Micro Trade Registration Certificate License.

Note : There is no payment receipt for the Micro Trade Certificate.

How to Print the License for the Micro Trade Registration

1. Click on the “View Status” menu on from the menu bar.

2. Enter the application number in the text field.

3. Click the “Submit button”.

4. Once the application is approved the “Application ID” link will become active and to

generate the licence number just click there.

5. Once the application id is clicked the final approval page will appear. As follows

Step 6 : Click on the “Print Certificate” button to print the final License

2: Data Manager (Verify and Approve the Application)

Process 1: Task List

Step 1:- Login to the Portal and click on Department of Trade.

Result: The task list page will appear.

Step 2:- Select the Radio Button and click on the Claimed button to claim the form to the “Claimed

Bucket”.

Process 2: Approving the Application

Step 1:- Click on the application number to go to the verification and approval form.

Result: - The verification and approval page will appear.

Click on the “Approve” Button to approve the application. Then the following

acknowledgement page till appear.

Process 3: Rejecting the Application

Step 1:- Click on the application number from Task List Page to go to the verification and approval

form.

If the Data Manger wants to Reject the application due to some reason, then click on the

“Reject” botton to Reject the applicatio. Once the Application is rejected then the Data

Manager have to give the reject reason. As follows:

If the application is rejected the following acknowledgement page will appear.
