Demand vs Supply of PMs• How we are going to meet this huge demand of project managers who should manage $

1000 bn projects?

• How many rightly experienced people are available today?

• How many rightly educated people are available today?

• Many projects (especially education, health) are managed by NGOs

• Do Indian NGOs have required project management skills?

• Do PSUs & Indian government departments have project management skills

• Efforts in PM education, certification & experience can fill the gap.
