Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41012) offering the “Project Management Development Program” (Diploma of Project Management - BSB51415) for experienced Project Managers or Project Foundation Skills Program (Cert IV in Project Management Practice – BSB41515) for those wanting to learn more about the fundamentals of Project Management and PM Lifecycle – either online or blended options. ALA’s “Project Management Development Program” (Diploma of Project Management) is an AIPM Endorsed Course. Our blended eLearning courses are completed self-paced via ALA Training Portals, with Global eLearning content, 1:1 mentoring sessions for individuals or groups, with a focus on workplace application and PM outcomes. Each program involves planning, implementing, managing and finalising workplace projects. The online programs are designed for existing workers:

• Project Management Development Program - Diploma of PM - reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge. They may manage projects in a variety of contexts, across a number of industry sectors. They have project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives.

• Project Foundation Skills Program - Cert IV in PMP – Project Management for

non-Project Managers - enable someone, who is not a professional project manager, to learn the fundamentals of project management in order to manage projects related to areas of responsibility within the organisation.

We have a strategic alliance with David Hudson from Primal Solutions where we offer concurrent assessment for the Diploma of Project Management (BSB51415) & RegPM (CPPM) Industry Certification, for those eligible. David is the past Executive Board (ExBo) Vice President - International Project Management Association (IPMA)past National President of AIPM.

Our program provides a streamline process and enables a reduced cost in gaining RegPM Industry Certification.

AIPM members also now have the opportunity to achieve dual certification, receiving both the national RegPM certification and the International Project Management Association (IPMA) certification.

Blended / customised programs available for each option, including:

Blended eLearning including workshops (virtual or F2F) = $4,000 to $6,000 depending on options, guest speaker options, experience, location & numbers

Lynda eLearning content through clients Lynda CAMPUS (additional costs for ALA CAMPUS); 12 month licence for Cert IV in Project Management Practice (BSB41515) access to ALA Training Portal for Enrolment & assessments, Project Management templates and instructions, Training Plan, 2 x Mentoring sessions, Workplace Application, RPL / RCC and Final Assessment.

• Assessment for Cert IV in Project Management Practice • Blended eLearning with mentoring = $2,800 • RPL only $1,500 (no online license) - $1,200 for >50 pax

Project Management Development Program Option 1 – Diploma of Project Management includes:

Lynda eLearning content through clients Lynda CAMPUS (additional costs for ALA CAMPUS); 12 month licence for Diploma of Project Management (BSB51415), access to ALA Training Portal for Enrolment & assessments, Project Management templates and instructions, Training Plan, 2 x Mentoring sessions, Workplace Application, RPL / RCC and Final Assessment

• Assessment for Diploma of Project Management • Blended eLearning with mentoring = $3,200 • RPL only $1,500 (no online license) - $1,200 for >50 pax

Entry to Diploma: On successful completion of the Cert IV in PM or PM industry experience NB: NO AIPM RegPM (CPPP or CPPM) OR AIPM Associate membership.

Option 2 – Diploma of Project Management + AIPM certification include

Lynda eLearning content through clients Lynda CAMPUS (additional costs for ALA CAMPUS); 12 month licence for Diploma of Project Management (BSB51415), access to ALA Training Portal for Enrolment & assessments, Project Management templates and instructions, Training Plan, 2 x Mentoring sessions, Workplace Application, RPL / RCC and Final Assessment.

• Concurrent assessment for Diploma of Project Management and AIPM RegPM (CPPP or CPPM)

• Blended eLearning with mentoring = $5,500 • RPL only $1,500 (no online license or AIPM Certification) • RPL only & RegPM = $3,300 (depending on experience)

Entry to Diploma: On successful completion of the Cert IV in PM or PM industry experience NB: Eligibility for RegPM certification dependant on current PM industry experience
