Riprogettiamo il futuro

Le organizzazioni di solito non hanno la capacità

di gestire le conseguenze di un evento distruttivo

e non esiste un gruppo di lavoro pronto per essere

utilizzato solo durante l'emergenza. Le attività richiedono un forte

coordinamento: la figura ideale è il Project Manager.

I tre Chapter italiani del PMI hanno istituito un gruppo di lavoro

congiunto che vuole fornire un modello pratico alle aziende sul

nostro territorio. Dotarsi di un piano evita le decisioni frettolose e non

accuratamente valutate. Significa far ripartire le attività il prima

possibile.
