multi-purpose court

The idea of a multi-purpose court had beenincorporated by majority of schools and

councils. a mix of games the area can be used by a large

cross section of the community,

to encourage the university community to starta personal program of recreation

In our school FEU-FERN , our court cannot becompared to other courts of other schools. Theprimary reason for this is because it is not

covered. As a result, when it is raining, PEstudents and varsity players cannot playBasketball or any other outdoor sportsactivities.

Also, when the school executes a program, theydo it in the small area of college lobby insteadof doing it in a wide spaced area which is

covered and well ventilated such as a coveredcourt.

FEU-Diliman Basketball Court

Advantages

This serves as a playground for all students, whether elementary,high school, or college students.

This is where intramural sports programs, flag ceremonies (ifnecessary) are held.

Go to disadvantages if ADVANTAGES is NOT necessarilyneeded.

Disadvantages

Since the basketball court is NOT covered it is subject to theunpredictable weather programs may or may not be cancelleddepending on the weather.

Slippery floor which may lead to unwanted injuries or is prone toaccident

Temporarily NOT accessible if it is:

a) raining

b) the floor is wet

c)NOT suitable for audiences since there are NO bleachers orseats provided.

d)Exposure to heat (depending if the program was held 12pm-4pm)
