Recruitment Recruitment refers to the complete process of searching and stimulating the suitable people to apply for the job and selecting the appropriate employee for that job. It involves placing right person for the right job profile.

Emotional Intelligence is the awareness of the emotions of yourself and the people around you.

If a person is emotionally intelligent, he is well aware of what he is feeling and how can his emotions affect others.

Note: The more successful the leader will be the more he will have these five qualities in him.

Myers-Briggs type indicatorFirst introduced in 1942 by Isabel Briggs Myers and her mother Katharine Briggs.Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a kind of psychometric test to judge the personality type of a person of age 14 or more than that.It has 4 pairs of personality indicators which creates 16 combinations of type of personality.
